I graduated from University with a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Applied Arts in 2004. Shortly after I completed a post graduate C.P.D. course in Engaged Arts Practice and since then, have been building up experience working with children in community and school settings.
I have developed and delivered curriculum related workshops and produced large permanent mural work. I have worked with all age groups, using a range of materials and techniques, with varying budgets. I now have access to my own kiln which means that any ceramic work I do in schools I can take away with me, fire, glaze if needed and return within 2 weeks of the projects end. I hold an Enhanced CRB clearance certificate, public liability insurance and can obtain references from previous schools if required. If you have any questions about my work in schools, fees, or would like to arrange a visit for me to view a potential mural space or to discuss a project idea, please feel free to contact me by e-mail or telephone. |
